The Creation Programme is one of KREA Contemporary Expression’s strategic lines, promoting research, training, dissemination, and sharing within its fields of action while targeting young people.

Through its different calls –grants, funding lines, project commissioning, technical assistance, equipment/space lending or rental–, the programme is aimed at shaping a structure of resources and infrastructure for the optimal development of the projects carried out by different social and cultural actors, professionals and amateurs alike, transferring the outcome of their work to society as a whole, and more specifically to Álava's society.
