KREA is a generator of both ideas and contents. Thus, it will promote the development of research projects within the KREA scholarships programme, which will provide reflection support and will back up and contribute to the different projects generated at the centre.
KREA develops processes and artistic and cultural products in the area of visual arts, theatre and cinema and literature... It aims at enriching cultural creations by providing creators with the necessary tools and resources, enhancing the dialogue among the different artistic disciplines.
KREA will promote educational programmes to favour the theoretical debate among professionals and the different types of publics at the different cultural and artistic levels. A comprehensive programme of workshops, seminars, lectures, ..., which will complement academic training in cooperation with different educational institutions. At the same time, the centre aims at approaching the different dimensions of culture and art to the public.
Through its exhibitions, KREA will promote the most contemporary cultural proposals. It will do so through exhibitions, concerts, theatre and dance shows, etc. Besides, it will set up different forums for presenting and discussing the social, scientific and environmental changes and transformations in contemporary society. Different leisure activities will also be organised in order to attract a wide range of social groups to the centre.
